The AXiS Shortboard is the preferred pedal for jazz, rock and hard rock drummers. Smooth, responsive, balanced and versatile - from slow rock ballads to heavy beats, the AXiS Shortboard Pedal has been the workhorse of professional and amateur drummers since 1990. Our shortboard pedals are great for drummers who play heel-down or looking for a more traditional drum pedal feel. Our Shortboard footboard measures 3.5” wide at the AXiS logo and has an overall length of 10”. The heel plate is 1.5” long, providing plenty of room to rest your heel. In addition, the heel plate has two mounting locations, allowing you to fine-tune the overall feel of your pedal.
The AXiS X-CAM is precision at its finest and is the CAM of choice for many jazz, rock and hard rock drummers. The X-CAM is our simplest CAM configuration. Adjustments include spring tension and beater angle. As smooth and responsive as any AXiS Peal, the AXiS X-CAM has been the workhorse of rock and roll drummers since it was introduced in 1990.
Made from aerospace grade aluminum and precision machined to exacting standards, AXiS Pedals are designed and built to withstand the grueling demands of the road. Stainless steel bearings at every pivot point ensure smooth, frictionless play while our unique direct drive assembly provides unparalleled power and responsiveness.

Standard Spring Assembly - The original AXiS Spring Assembly - simple and reliable. The medium duty spring provided a good balance between power and response and is suited for most playing styles. Custom thumb nuts allow for easy adjustment and a wide range of tension positions. LINK
MicroTune® Spring Tensioner - Our patented spring mechanism allows for easier adjustment and greater precision when fine-tuning spring tension. The heavy duty spring provides a wider tension range compared to our Standard Spring Assembly and is the spring of choice for drummers looking for a heavy spring tension. LINK
